Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we at Kİ-Chem Consultancy care about the security of your personal data.

Processing of Your Personal Data

Personal data obtained through our website, communication channels and business relationships, such as your name, surname, contact details and the content of your request, may be processed in order to respond to your requests, provide our consultancy services, manage customer relationships and fulfil our legal obligations, based on the applicable legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, in accordance with the relevant legislation and to the extent necessary, with authorised public institutions and with the business partners and service providers required to carry out the services. Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

Your Rights and How to Apply

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to request information about your personal data, to request its correction, deletion or destruction, and to exercise the other rights set out in the law.
